K.C. Strings Violin Shop welcomes you to our expanded lessons program!  With the opening of the conservatory area adjacent to our shop, K.C. Strings has greatly increased the opportunity for individual and small group lessons.

K.C. Strings Studio offers lessons with excellent instructors for all levels of stringed instrument students. Our studio is adjacent to the shop. We're located right off I-35 and Johnson Drive in Merriam, KS, easily driveable from downtown Kansas City, Mission, Shawnee, Lenexa, Olathe, Leawood and Overland Park in Johnson County, Kansas City, KS in Wyandotte County, as well as Parkville, Gladstone, and North Kansas City, MO.

Viola lessons for Baroque Viola, Classical Viola, Modern Classical Viola, Jazz Viola. American & European (including Celtic Fiddle) Traditional Fiddle & Contemporary Fiddle Styles.

Cello lessons for Baroque Cello, Classical Cello, Modern Classical Cello, Jazz Cello. Contemporary Cello as well Traditional Cello styles.

Double Bass lessons covering Baroque Bass, Classical Bass, Concert Bass, Modern Classical Bass, Jazz Bass, Country Bass. Contemporary Bass as well as Traditional Bass styles.

Private lessons are available 7 days a week, depending on teachers' schedules.  We offer lessons for all levels of violin, viola, cello and bass.
